Trench caponier II
The Trench Caponniere II is one of the very few caponnieres in Germany that is still largely in its original condition. It is a two-story structure with 1.50 m thick earth covering. In former times, this was supposed to protect against shelling.
Today, the building serves as a materials store for the Petersberg construction hut.
